Payment
Which payment methods can I use?
The methods offered during the order step are valid: credit/debit card, bank transfer/EFT, and any other options defined on the site if available. The available methods are listed on the payment screen.
Are my card details stored?
No. Payment is processed through the secure infrastructure of a licensed payment institution; your card details are not stored by us.
How is the invoice sent?
Your invoice is issued according to the billing information of your order and delivered to your email address.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Unless otherwise stated, the prices shown on the site include VAT. The total amount payable, including any delivery fee if applicable, is clearly displayed in the order summary.
Delivery and Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation; delivery time varies by region, typically between 1–5 business days. Details: Delivery and Shipping Information.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping cost is calculated based on the order amount and delivery address; the exact amount is shown before order confirmation.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
Check the package upon delivery; if there is damage, have a report filed with the courier and notify us within 3 days. Costs will be covered by us.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return the product?
Yes. You may exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason within 14 days from the delivery date. Details: Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Conditions.
Who pays the return shipping fee?
If you send it through our contracted shipping company, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
When will my money be refunded?
Once the product reaches us and is inspected, it will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method you used.
Which products cannot be returned?
Customized items, products that are unsuitable for return once the packaging is opened for hygiene reasons, perishable goods, and instantly delivered digital services are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Are my personal details safe?

Accommodation and Long-Term Stays
Is long-term accommodation possible?
Yes. Special pricing is applied for stays exceeding one week. For stays longer than one month, we direct our guests to the group facilities within the same complex.
Prime Istanbul Residences is a suitable option for those seeking a larger living space equipped with hotel services.
Can I rent the meeting and seminar rooms independently of accommodation?
Yes. These requests are handled by the Pullman Istanbul Events team; over 50 modular spaces can be rented independently of accommodation.
What dining options are available for dinner at the hotel?
In addition to the hotel's own restaurants and bars, there is a traditional charcoal grill restaurant within the same complex.
